How is my balance consumed — paid top-ups or gift credit first?
Your paid top-up balance is consumed first. Once your paid balance reaches zero, gift credit (the signup trial and any promotional credit) is used.
How do I get my invoice or billing record?
View and download them from Dashboard → Billing → Billing records.
How can I pay top-ups?
Top-ups are handled through secure checkout, with payments processed through Airwallex. Available payment methods are shown at checkout; SeaLink billing records are always denominated in USD.
Does my balance ever expire?
Paid top-ups never expire. The $1 trial credit on signup expires 30 days after account creation. Promotional credits (if any) carry their own expiry stated when issued.
