Is there a monthly subscription fee?

No for Free and Pay as you go. You top up a balance and spend it on model calls. Enterprise is quoted separately for contracted service terms, onboarding, and volume terms.

Can you issue invoices?

Yes. Pay-as-you-go and Enterprise accounts can use Singapore billing records with company details and tax IDs.

How do I top up?

Top-ups are handled through secure checkout. Available payment methods are shown on the checkout page, and SeaLink billing records stay in USD.

Can I set spending limits?

Yes. Each API Key can have an optional monthly budget cap with alerts before hitting the limit.

Which plan should I pick?

Start with Free for the first call. Use Pay as you go when the app is real and you need billing records. Talk to sales when you need contracted service terms, procurement documents, onboarding help, or volume pricing.

Why can two models with similar listed rates cost different amounts per request?

Models tokenize and generate differently. The same prompt can consume different input and output token counts, so the final request cost may differ even when listed rates look similar. Use the estimator and dashboard usage records for your workload.

Are taxes included?

SeaLink is based in Singapore. GST registration is in progress. Depending on your country, local taxes (VAT, SST, etc.) may apply. Enterprise invoices include tax IDs — contact us for your specific jurisdiction.
