SeaLink is a Singapore company. This policy provides a single intake path for copyright infringement notices, counter-notifications, and related legal requests; where DMCA or another local copyright regime applies to a specific request, we handle it under the applicable law.

2. Takedown notice

Include the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing URL or request ID, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement, and an electronic or physical signature.
3. Counter-notification
If you believe content was removed by mistake, send a counter notification to contact@sealink.io. Include the removed content, the basis for believing removal was mistaken, your contact information, consent to applicable jurisdiction, and an electronic or physical signature.
4. Repeat infringement
SeaLink may suspend or terminate repeat infringer accounts and may restrict API Keys, workspaces, or model calls associated with alleged infringement.
