SeaLink is a Singapore company. Our privacy handling is primarily governed by Singapore PDPA, customer contracts, and the Privacy Policy. This page provides a single entry point for data-subject requests, marketing email preferences, and Do Not Sell/Share opt-out rights where applicable.
1. Where applicable: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
SeaLink currently does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our processing changes and applicable law requires an opt-out sale/sharing mechanism, we will provide a clear control here and update the Privacy Policy before it takes effect.
2. Access, export, correct, delete
Signed-in users can export personal data through GET /v1/me/data and delete account data through DELETE /v1/me/data. You may also email contact@sealink.io.
3. Marketing email preferences
Marketing emails use an opt-in mechanism. You may choose at registration whether to receive product updates, events, and promotional emails; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Service, security, and billing notices are not marketing emails.
