Refund Policy

Refunds
Top-ups are non-refundable. Once a top-up is completed, neither unused balance nor consumed usage is refundable.
Exceptional refunds
Top-ups are non-refundable as a rule. Where SeaLink grants a goodwill refund in exceptional cases, it is issued only to the original payment method used for that top-up — SeaLink does not refund to any other card, account, or payout method.
Promotional credits, bonuses, and referral rewards have no cash value and are never refundable or convertible to cash; a refund adjusts only the cash balance funded by your own payment.
Disputes
Email contact@sealink.io within 14 days; we'll review item by item.
This policy applies to Airwallex balance top-up and usage billing. This page does not replace the Terms of Service.
